Since 1979, when Frank Barrow founded Barrow Pool Service, our family has been central to delivering premium pool services throughout San Diego County. Starting as a one-man operation, Frank established our company's roots in the vibrant San Diego community, quickly becoming known for unparalleled pool care.
As the company's reputation for quality and reliability flourished, the demands of the business expanded. Frank prepared his son-in-law, Michael Harris, who had been actively involved and instrumental in the company's expansion, to take over. By the early 2000s, when Frank decided to retire, Michael was naturally positioned to lead, having already played a crucial role in shaping the company’s growth.
Today, Michael Harris and his son, Jacob, continue to lead the family business, now supported by a robust team of eight pool technicians and a full-time administrator. Each family member has contributed, helping our business thrive and maintain its commitment to our community.
